I recently had the pleasure of painting at a beautiful wedding at Pynes House in Devon! It was such a stunning venue, with a rose garden, marble staircases, and a long driveway flanked by cypress trees. I had no shortage of painting inspiration while I was there. Live Guest Paintings in Watercolour

The couple had booked my live guest portrait painting package, with the guests painted live in watercolour throughout the day. All of the guests had flown over from the US, so the live wedding paintings made the day extra special for them and gave them something unique to remember their time in the UK. 

A Stately Home Wedding With Live Wedding Painting in The Gardens

I painted the live guest illustrations both inside the stately home during the ceremony and outside in the rose garden, during the drinks and canapés. As I have a lightweight easel, I was able to move quite easily and go with the flow of the day. 

Guests are Wowed With Live Wedding Entertainment!

All of the guests were blown away with their paintings. They really enjoyed the unique wedding entertainment of  watching the live painting process unfold and it was a memorable day had by all!
